摘要
分析了工作设计的原理及方法,指出在企业内部实行良好有效的工作设计会使职位的职责、工作关系更科学合理,有效地提高工作效率,保证组织目标和功能的高效率实现。
This paper analyzes the principles and methods of job design,and points out that implementing good and effective job design inside enterprise can make the duty of position and the relationship of work more scientific and rational, improve effectively the work efficiency,and ensure the high-efficiency realization of organization targets and functions.
