摘要
介绍了近年来国外不用纸锥盆作声辐射零件的金属盆,铍、铝、镁、鈦等几种轻金属特性,以及金属氧化后(陶瓷化)的材料特性。还介绍了轻金属合金及供锥盆使用的工程纤维特性。最后介绍一种无磁芯、无导磁夹板的钕铁硼新磁路,并进行了FEMM1in芯模拟,显示其B值可达1.3T。这是一种失真甚小的Hi-Fi用磁路,可供有条件的音响发烧友参考。
In recent years, some light metal cones, such as beryllium, aluminum, magnesium and titanium, not paper are used as the sound radiation part overseas. The characteristics of light metal and the anodized metal are introduced. The characteristics of the light metal alloy and the engineering fiber characteristics for cone application are described. Moreover, a kind of NdFeB new magnetic system without T yoke and top plate is introduced, which is simulated in 2.54cm(1 in) voice coil. The simulation results show that the Bg value reaches to 1.3 T. The low distortion magnetic system for Hi-Fi is available for the audiophile.
