加工硅铝合金时积屑瘤现象的研究

A Study on Silver Wire Chip Formation when Cutting Si-A1 Alloy Parts

对于采用聚晶金刚石刀具加工硅铝合金时产生积屑瘤的一些规律进行了研究。结果表明,与硬质合金刀具相比,聚晶金刚石刀具产生的积屑瘤较小且稳定。

A study on the trends of silver white chip formation when cutting the silicon-aluminium alloy parts with a polymerized crystal diamond cutter is carried out. It is concluded that the silver white chip when using a diamond cutter is smaller and stabler than that using a carbide cutter.
