中医骨伤科临床研究生教育是一项系统工程,社会的发展需要培养高层次中医学人才,随着教育事业的发展和人才培养模式的转变,研究生教育已经成为高等院校尤其是研究型大学教学工作的重点。我院近年运用以"能力为中心"的教学模式,以学生为主体,以教师为主导,采用以问题为中心的讨论式教学,重视床边教学和术中教学,以及开设专题讲座强化理论学习等多种教学方法,使骨伤科临床型硕士研究生的临床能力得到较快提高,取得了一定的教学效果。

The clinical postgraduate education of TCM orthopedics and traumatology is a systemic engineering,and has been the key work in TCM universities along with the development of the society.The teaching mode of ability-centered has been applied in our hospital for these years,in which students have acted main part and teachers played a predominant role.The problem-based and discussion-based teaching methods have been used,in addition,teaching and operative teaching were stressed and topic lectures were offered to improve theoretic learning.The practical ability of clinical postgraduates’ of TCM orthopedics and traumatology has been improved quickly.
