摘要
在高等职业教育工学结合的课程改革过程中,财经类课程改革遇到了很大的困难,其基本方法始终处于探索之中而不够明确。笔者结合北京财贸职业学院工商管理系全国示范校建设重点专业——连锁经营管理专业在课程改革中的经验,借鉴管理大师德鲁克的团队理论,总结出区分工作流程与典型工作任务的课程改革基本方法。
During the reform of work-integrated learning in higher vocational education,courses in finance and commerce are facing huge challenges,due to the ambiguity of the primary methodology.Learning from Peter Drucker's team theory with many experiences from the reform in the major of Chain Business Management in the Vocational College of Finance and Commerce,the author sets forth the primary methodology for course reform in finance and commerce by distinguishing work procedure and typical work tasks,and the application case.
