摘要 目的:构建护理硕士研究生核心能力的结构及相应的评价指标体系。方法:采用理论分析、文献回顾、德尔菲法、预实验等方法探索护理硕士研究生的核心能力框架,筛选用于核心能力评价的指标形成研究工具;在国内5所护理院校、3所三级甲等医院及1所专科医院选取156名在读护理研究生和194名护理教师及护理管理者进行问卷调查,采用项目分析、因素分析等方法探索护理硕士研究生的核心能力结构及内涵,形成评价指标体系。结果:所建评价指标体系经严格检验,其内容效度、结构效度及同质信度均较好。总体系内部一致性α系数为0.960,各维度α系数为0.773~0.896。结论:该研究所建的护理硕士研究生核心能力评价指标体系包含7个维度40项指标,其中能力维度包括科研能力、教育能力、临床能力、管理能力、人际能力、评判性思维能力及发展能力。 Objective: To construct a framework and a relevant evaluation system to assess nursing postgraduate's core competence. Methods: The framework of nursing postgraduates' core competence was established by the method of theory analysis, literature study, Delphi and pilot study, finally the relevant evaluation indicators of nursing postgraduate's core competence were selected. Totally 156 nursing postgraduate students and 194 nursing teachers including nursing managers from five nursing colleges, three firstclass hospitals and one special hospital in China accomplished the questionnaire. The construction and connotation of the nursing postgraduates' core competence were revealed by the method of item analysis and factor analysis, thereby the evaluation system was formed. Results: The coefficients of the evaluation system's content validity, construction validity and internal reliability were all good by rigorous tests. The coefficient of Cronbach' α for the total system was 0.960, and the coefficient of each domain ranged from 0.773 to 0.896. Conclusion: The evaluation system of nursing postgraduate's core competence is composed of 7 dimensions including 40 indicators. The 7 dimensions comprise research capacity, education capacity, clinical capacity, management ability, interpersonal competence, critical thinking ability and development capacity.
