临床护理新技术准入评估指标体系构建

Establishment of a clinical nursing new technology admittance assessment system

目的:构建临床护理新技术准入评估指标体系。方法:在文献调研的基础上,拟定临床护理新技术准入评估备选指标,运用Delphi法对40位医疗护理管理专家进行问卷咨询,以确定各级指标的内容和权重。结果:运用专家权威性计算公式Ca=(Ci+Cj)/2进行分析,总体平均权威系数为0.82。对专家意见进行汇总整理和统计分析,确定有4项一级指标、10项二级指标、4级程度组成的临床护理新技术准入评估指标体系。结论:临床护理新技术准入评估指标体系的建立为临床护理新技术的评估和准入提供了科学依据,有助于规范护理新技术的临床应用。

Objective： To establish a clinical nursing new technology admittance assessment system （CNNTAAS）. Methods： On the basis of literature review, assessment indicators of the clinical nursing new technology were designed, adjusted and confirmed using Delphi method. Results： CNNTAAS was established, which included 4 primary indicators and 10 secondary indicators, and 4 qualitative levels with different weights. Conclusion： The establishment of CNNTAAS may provide scientific evidence for assessment and admittance of nursing new technology.
