钙类无机粉体填充聚乙烯复合材料的加工性能 被引量:3

Processing Property of Inorganic Calcium Powder Filled Polyethylene Composite

摘要 利用熔体流动速率仪和旋转流变仪,研究氧化钙、氢氧化钙和碳酸钙3种钙类无机粉体填充聚乙烯复合材料的熔体指数、Payne效应、似固体行为及蠕变行为。实验结果表明:3种钙类无机粉体填充体系均具有较好的加工性能,其中碳酸钙填充体系最好,氧化钙次之,氢氧化钙第三。 The rheological behaviors of polyethylene composite filled with three types inorganic powder, such as calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate, were investigated by melt flow rate instrument and rotation rheometer. The melt index, Payne effects, seemed-solid behaviors and creep behaviors were tested. The results showed that the processing property of three kinds of inorganic calcium powder filled polyethylene composite was preferably. Among them, the processing property of the calcium carbonate filled system was the best, the calcium oxide filled system took second place, and calcium hydroxide filled system was the third.
