全膝关节置换术入路选择探讨 被引量:7

摘要 全膝关节置换术已成为晚期膝关节疾病有效治疗方式之一。目前临床常用的髌骨内侧旁入路对伸膝装置影响较大,患者术后恢复较慢。股内侧肌下缘关节囊入路符合人体解剖特点,但术中难以清楚暴露术野而较少采用。股内侧肌入路结合两者优点,具有术后疼痛较轻、加快术后功能恢复、不影响伸膝装置及术中较易暴露关节等优势,近年引起广泛关注。该文就全膝关节置换术常用手术方式及其临床疗效等作一综述。
