Wnt信号通路与脊髓损伤 被引量:1

摘要 利用Wnt信号转导通路治疗脊髓损伤是当今前沿研究课题。Wnt信号通路中Wnt-3a、Wnt-5a等通过调控神经干细胞增殖与分化,促进神经元生成,为脊髓损伤治疗提供了新路径。该文就Wnt信号通路的来源、组成和转导,对神经干细胞的调控和对修复脊髓损伤的影响作一综述。
