摘要
分析了国有煤炭企业人才开发管理面临的困境及其原因,从更新观念、培育人才、管理制度、激励机制、人才成长氛围的角度,提出了加强国有煤炭企业人才开发管理的对策。
The author of this paper presents an analysis of the dilemma and the causes of human resources development and management in state-owned coal mine companies.Moreover,the author proposes recommendations on how to foster human resources development and management in state-owned coal mine companies with an eye on aspects such as transforming ideology on this matter,human resources cultivation,management institutionalization,incentive mechanism and creating appropriate atmosphere for human resources growing.
