煤矿外包工程安全管控模式的设计与实践

Coal mine outsourcing project safety management and control mode:design and implementation

立足于发包煤矿的角度,对煤矿工程外包的运作过程进行介绍。并针对煤矿安全生产特点,建立了煤矿外包工程施工的"五统一"安全管控模式。

This paper,from the stand point of a coal mine that contracts its project（s） to other companies,gives an introduction to the process of such ＂outsourcing project contracting＂.Besides,this paper also introduces an effective safety management and control mode that stresses safety arrangement,safety standards,safety rules,safety inspections and safety check-ups for projects contracted to outside companies.
