开滦集团公司职业技能鉴定质量管理体系建设的实践与探索

Practice and exploration in building quality management system for occupational skill appraisal system of Kailuan Group

结合工作实践,给出了开滦集团职业技能鉴定机构质量管理体系从构建、运行到审核认证的操作过程。重点给出了体系建立过程中的部分操作环节,如考点管理契约化、内审员聘用外部化、考场设置透明化等的创新理念与操作方式。

Based on work practice,this paper provides an account about the work process in setting up quality management system for occupational skill appraisal system in relevant appraisal organizations.The author of this article stresses the process of building the appraisal system,e.g.contracting the management of examination sites,employment of examiners from outside the sector and transparency in the selection of the examination sites.
