摘要 为解决矿井提升机液压制动系统由于液压油变质、含有杂质或液压元件质量等问题而经常出现电磁阀卡阻、制动失灵,从而导致重大事故的问题,平顶山煤业集团在液压电磁阀与盘式制动器之间的液压油路上安装一个手动泄油安全装置。在制动失效时,操作司机可以进行手动泄油,实现设备安全制动。 In order to solve the problems with the braking systems of large-sized coal mining equipment that may lead to major accidents due to decay of hydraulic emulsion,emulsion impurities and/or defects of hydraulic elements that frequently cause blockages of electro-magnetic valve and/or failures of braking systems,Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group proposes to add a manually controlled emulsion drain safety device in the emulsion hose line between the hydraulic electro-magnetic valve and disk type brake.In cease of a failure of the brakes,operator can drain the emulsion by manually control the device to ensure a safe braking of the entire equipment.
