摘要
目的:观察炎琥宁注射液治疗手足口病的疗效。方法:将90例手足口病患儿随机平均分为两组,对照组静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液,观察组静脉滴注炎琥宁注射液。结果:观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、口腔溃疡消退时间和手足疱疹消退时间均较对照组明显缩短,治愈率显著提高。结论:炎琥宁注射液能够有效治疗手足口病,可以缩短手足口病患儿病情主要症状的持续时间。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Yanhuning injection in treating hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods：The 90 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease children were randomly divided into two groups,the control group routine use of ribavirin injection,the observation group was given intravenous injection Yanhuning.Results：Time of the observer group of patients fever,oral ulcer and the herpes on hand-foot were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the cure rate significantly increased.Conclusions：Yanhuning injection can be effective treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease,can shorten the duration of the main symptoms of the hand,foot and mouth disease children.
