伪蒙疆政权刑事诉讼法保留了民国刑事诉讼法的主要内容,使近代刑事诉讼法律文化在蒙疆地区得到进一步传播,促进了该地区刑事诉讼法制的近代化,但其中也存在大量封建主义和法西斯主义的糟粕,成为日本帝国主义统治和压迫蒙疆人民的暴力工具。

The Code of Criminal Procedure of the Puppet Mongolia Government retained the main elements of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic China,Criminal Procedure Law to modern culture in the Puppet Mongolia Territory further spread and promote the region′s modern system of criminal procedure,but there were a large number of feudalism and fascism dross,which became the domination and oppression tools of violence of Japanese imperialist to the people of Puppet Mongolia.
