摘要
采用醋酸丁酯草取矿样中的微量金,结晶紫显色,分光光度法测定,pH1.8~2.5。紫色有机相的最大吸收波长为596nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.3×103L·mol-1·cm-1,An的质量浓度在0.10~5.00μm/ml范围内符合比耳定律,样品中Au的含量0.4μm/ml时的方法精密度(RSD,n=5)为4.00%,加标回收率为93~110%。
Trace An in ore samples in extracted with butyl acetate, determined by spectrophotometry at pH 1.8~2. 5, crystal violet is used for color dvelopment.The maximum absorbance of the violet organic phase is at 600nm with a molar absorptivity of mol-1. cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.10-5. 00μg/ml for Au. The standard recovery is 93%-110% and the relative standard deviation is 4.00% (n=5) for 0. 4μg/ml fo Au.
