摘要
对Buck DC-DC变换器电感开路的最危险情况进行了分析,提出了一个全新的分析方法——等效电阻法,将Buck DC-DC变换器电感开路的放电特性等效为一个简单电感电路,推导了等效电阻的表达式;以感性电路的最小点燃曲线作为判断依据,得到了本质安全型Buck DC-DC变换器内部本质安全性的判断方法,并用实验验证了所提方法的合理性和判据的正确性。
The most dangerous case of disconnecting inductor of a Buck DC-DC converter is analyzed deeply. The equivalent-resistance analysis method is proposed which equal the inductor-disconnected discharged behavior of Buck converters to an equivalently simple inductive circuit. The formula of equivalent-resistance is deduced. Based on this method, the inner intrinsic safety of the Buck converter is determined by comparing the equivalent-current of the inductor of the converter with the minimum ignition current. The experimental results are given to verify the validity of the criterion and feasibility of the method.
