摘要
针对超磁致伸缩位移驱动器(Terfeno1-D棒6mm×80mm)进行了实验研究,主要考虑输入电流、预压力、温度与位移输出特性之间的变化关系。通过己有设备构建实验平台,在不同的条件下对驱动器输出特性进行实验,实验结果与理论分析一致,揭示了输入与输出的特性,为驱动器的优化奠定了基础。
The magnetostrictive actuator designed with an 80 mm long by 6 mm diameter cylindrical rod. And there is an experimental study on the the relationship between input current, temperature, tension and output displacement. Experimental data collected from the test device indicate that the measured agrees with the theoretical result. Through experiments, the relationships between input current and output displacement are investigated. The experiment result provides groundwork for the actuator to be improved.
