摘要
介绍了超声冲击晶粒细化表面处理方法以及系统的总体结构,分析了超声电源功率控制和频率跟踪的实现方法,采用由STC单片机、UC3875移相芯片等组成的、功率输出稳定可调节、频率自动跟踪的超声波电源,搭建了超声冲击晶粒细化设备。对电源输出信号进行了测试,进行了两种材料的表面冲击试验。试验结果表明该设备可以满足超声表面晶粒细化冲击的要求。
An ultrasonic surface peening grain refinement method and the grain refinement instrument are introduced. The power control and frequency tracking method of ultrasonic power supply is analyzed. A grain refinement instrument made up of an ultrasonic power supply with STC microcontroller and UC3875 phase shift resonant controller which have auto frequency tracking, stable and adjustable power output function is developed. The output signal is tested. The treatment on different metal surface is earried out. The results show that the instrument can reach the demand of ultrasonic peening grain refinement.
