摘要
目的探讨"五常法"在病案管理工作中的应用效果。方法把"五常法"中常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律应用于病案管理工作中。结果管理者从经验型管理转为科学型管理,提高管理效能。结论"五常法"的应用规范了病案管理工作,更新了管理模式,从而提高了病案的管理质量及水平。
Objective To explore the effect of 5S Principles in the management of medical records.Methods 5S Principles were practiced in the management of medical records.Results The management has turned from experience-based to science-based,which has improved the management efficiency.Conclusion 5S Principles have standardized the management of medical records and updated the management model,thus enhancing the quality of medical records management.
