急性阑尾炎按病种收费的合理性分析

Rationality Analysis on Single Disease Charge of Acute Appendicitis

目的以急性阑尾炎为例,分析影响病种费用的因素,讨论按单病种付费是否合理。方法取我院2004-2008年间出院的急性阑尾炎患者的病案首页资料进行分析。结果有多个因素影响单病种费用,如年龄、是否手术、住院时间等。结论直接采用单病种付费方式并不合理,需要进一步研究影响费用的因素及控制措施,才能制定出合理的费用标准。

Objective To analyze the factors affecting medical expense and rationality of single disease charge illustrated by the case of acute appendicitis.Method The front sheets of medical records for patients with acute appendicitis discharged from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed.Result Many factors influenced medical expense,such as age,surgery,hospital stay,etc.Conclusion Single disease charge is not reasonable.It needs to deeply study the factors affecting medical expense and countermeasures to establish rational ways of charging.
