某院近5年住院病人来源分析

Analysis of the Inpatients Resource in the Past Five Years

目的研究住院病人的分布情况及多发疾病,更好地为区域多发疾病的预防与治疗提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性分析,运用SPSS13.0软件进行统计处理。结果该院对城区外的辐射能力呈递减趋势。腰椎间盘脱出、支气管肺炎、冠心病等疾病,是该区域的多发病。结论偏远县市更具市场开发空间,应剖析原因,因地制宜,提高市场占有率。针对该区域危害最大的疾病,加大人才、技术、资金、科研的投入力度,以提高诊断、治疗水平。

Objective To study the inpatients distribution and frequently-occurring diseases and provide reference for better prevention and treatment of regional disease.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.Results The number of inpatients decreased with the increase of distance from urban area.Frequently-occurring diseases in the region included lumbar intervertebral disc extrusion,bronchial pneumonia,coronary heart disease and other diseases.Conclusion Remote cities and counties,a large market for the development,should be developed according to local conditions.Against the most harmful diseases in the region,human resources,technology and capital investment should be increased,to improve the diagnosis and treatment level.
