STUDY ON A HIGHLY EFFICIENT BLACK PHOSPHATING AGENT AT MODERATE TEMPERATURE

本文阐述了以磷酸锌盐和钙盐为基本原料，以硝酸盐和自制的AN促进剂为磷化复合促进剂，以有机酸为稳定剂，以含氯化合物为填料，添加有关添加剂，组成一种集磷化和钝化为一体的特效中温黑色磷化液。这种磷化液具有磷化温度适中（60—70℃）、磷化时间较短（10—15min）、磷化膜呈黑色且耐腐蚀性能强（硫酸铜点滴20—26min不变色）、沉渣量极少等特点。这种磷化液适用于各种中低碳钢、合金钢的防锈黑色磷化，特别适用于铁路轴承、机车部件等耐腐蚀和装饰性磷化。

The present paper describes the research of a highly efficient black phosphating agentused at moderate temperature. In the formula of the agent, zinc and calcium phosphate arebasic ingredients, Nitrate and self-made AN component act as promoters, and organic acidactS as stabilizer. The compound containing nitrogen acts as the filling and some related additives are combined with. The formula has an ability to phosphate and passivate the metallicmaterials simultaneously. It has aduanced properties such as moherate operation temperature(60--70 ℃ ), short treatment time (10-- 15 min), black phosphating film, good corrosionresistance property (the color developing time >20 min for CuSO4 drop test) this formula isapplicable for rust--proof black phosphating of alloy steel and low or middle--carbon steel especially for the corrosion resistant and decorative phosphating of bearings and accessories oftrains and railways.
