摘要 研发设计一种测试仪,它对被测对象处理各种信号的情况进行测试,通过测量被测对象反馈回来的信息测试被测对象的工作状况。主要采用DSP+FPGA的设计方式,通过上位机输入信号参数,D/A恢复输出信号,将产生的多普勒信号进行模拟仿真,试验表明测试效果很好。介绍了整个系统的功能及其软件设计,并且对其中的关键技术加以详细的阐述,以及系统的精度问题。实践证明此测试仪精度高,操作简单方便,实际应用价值高,值得推广使用。 One kind of signal testing instrument is mainly designed.It tested other objects' processeing all kinds of signals.Through measureing the the information feeded back from measured objects,the instrument measured the objects' working conditions.DSP and FPGA are mainly used to finish the design,and a PC inputed parameters of signal and D/A are recovered and outputted the signal.Doppler signal is used to simulate,and the experiment indicated that the testing effect was very good.The system's whole function and the software design,key technologies,as well as system's precision are discussed.It is proved that this new instrument's precision is excellent,the operation is convenient,the value of practical application is high,and it is worth of being to use.
