Study on Twice Emergent Resources Distribution Based on the Demand Classification

摘要 为提高应急运输管理中物资运输的效率,在将物资需求分为两级的基础上,设计了两次运输模式,建立以首次输送时间最小和两次总输送时间最小为目标的双目标运输分配模型,并应用多目标遗传算法NSGAII设计算法。最后,给出了一个具有代表性的算例,算例结果及其分析表明两次运输分配模型和遗传算法的有效性。 To increase the efficiency of transportation in emergency management,a twice-transportation mode is proposed based on classifying demands into two levels.The objectives of the problem are to minimize two transportation times.Genetic Algorithm and MATLAB software are used to find the solution of the mathematical model.Finally,the effectiveness of the mathematical model and algorithm gets proved by the result and analysis of an example
