100例老年期抑郁症中医常见症状聚类分析

Cluster analysis on common TCM symptoms in 100 cases of senile depression

目的用聚类分析法探索老年期抑郁症中医常见症状特征。方法由本研究观察人员将符合诊断标准的100例老年期抑郁症患者的临床资料,填写入自拟好的《抑郁症中医证候观察表》中,采用描述性方法和聚类分析法对观察表中59项常见症状进行分析。结果聚类分析得出5类证候:气郁证、气血两虚兼有血瘀、气阴两虚证、阳虚证、痰火证。结论老年期抑郁症病机复杂,虚实并见,其中虚证以气虚、血虚、阴虚与阳虚为主,实证以气郁、血瘀和痰火为主。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of TCM common symptoms of senile depression by cluster analysis.Methods The clinical materials of the patients（n=100） with senile depression accorded with the diagnostic standard were filled into the Observation Table of TCM Syndrome of Depression by viewers.The descriptive method and cluster analysis were used to analyse 59 common symptoms in the table.Results There were 5 types of syndromes gotten from the cluster analysis,including qi depression syndrome,syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and blood combining with blood-stasis,syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin,yang deficiency syndrome,and phlegm-fire syndrome.Conclusion The pathogenesis of senile depression is complicated.The deficiency syndromes are mainly qi deficiency,blood deficiency and yang deficiency,and the excess syndromes include mostly qi depression,blood stasis and phlegm-fire.
