齿痕舌在肾移植术前后变化的临床观察

Changes of teeth-marked tongue before and after renal transplantation

目的研究齿痕舌在肾移植术前后变化情况。方法选择肾移植手术患者54例,根据舌象相关证候学诊断及量化标准,完成临床证候观察表,观察舌象在肾移植前后各阶段的变化规律,以及证候变化情况。结果左右侧齿痕个数,左右侧齿痕舌深度积分术后3d起,齿痕个数及齿痕舌深度积分与术前比较有明显减少。湿热、湿浊、水湿标实证术后3d起,证候积分与术前比较有明显减少。结论对齿痕舌在肾移植前后各阶段的变化的观察,应以注重反映湿热、湿浊、水湿等实证的好转为主。

Objective To study the changes of teeth-marked tongue before and after renal transplantation.Method The patients（n=54） were selected and a clinical syndrome observation table was finished according to symptomatologic diagnosis and quantified criterions.The regularity for changes of their tongue manifestations and changes of syndromes were observed before and after the renal transplantation.Result The number of left and right teeth-marks and the depth integral of teeth-marked tongue started to decrease significantly on the 3rd day after renal transplantation.The symptom integrals of some excess syndromes including dampness-heat syndrome,dampness turbidity syndrome and water-dampness syndrome decreased significantly on the 3rd day after the operation.Conclusion In the observation on the changes of teeth-marked tongue at all stages before and after renal transplantation more attention should be paid to the relief of some excess syndromes including dampness-heat syndrome,dampness turbidity syndrome and water-dampness syndrome
