清瘟败毒饮加减治疗社区获得性肺炎轻症疗效观察

Qingwenbaidu Decoction used for curing mild cases of community acquired pneumonia

目的观察清瘟败毒饮对社区获得性肺炎轻症患者的临床疗效。方法将60例社区获得性肺炎轻症患者按就诊顺序用随机数字表按奇偶数分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例采用清瘟败毒饮加味联合左氧氟沙星口服治疗;对照组30例单用左氧氟沙星口服治疗。疗程均为1周。观察治疗前后患者体温、症状、肺部啰音、血常规及胸片变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05)。在改善症状、外周血白细胞和促进炎症吸收方面,治疗组均优于对照组。结论清瘟败毒饮联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎轻症临床疗效优于单用左氧氟沙星。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingwenbaidu Decoction on the mild cases of community acquired pneumonia.Method The patients with community acquired pneumonia（n=60） were divided into the treatment group and control group according to odd or even numbers and visiting sequence by using random digits table.The treatment group（n=30） was treated with modified Qingwenbaidu Decoction combined with levofloxacin orally and the control group was treated with levofloxacin only for 1 week,respectively.The body temperature,symptoms,pneumal rales,results of routine blood test and chest radiography were observed before and after the treatment.Result The total effective rate in the treatment group（96.67%） was higher than that in the control group（86.67%,P0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the relief of symptoms,and the improvement of blood test results and inflammation absorption.Conclusion Qingwenbaidu Decoction combining with levofloxacin has a better curative effect than only levofloxacin on community acquired pneumonia.
