湖南汝城经济开发区土地集约利用潜力评价研究

Potential Analysis of Intensive Land Use of Rucheng Economic Development Zones in Hunan Province

通过建立科学的指标体系对湖南汝城经济开发区土地进行总体评价,运用特尔菲法求得各指标的权重值,定量化反映土地集约利用现状及潜力。利用多因素评价法,得出土地利用潜力增加的空间较小,土地供应已经无法跟上湖南汝城经济开发区经济高速发展的需要的结论。在上述分析结论的基础上,提出了开发区科学合理利用土地的途径和措施。

The degree of intensive land use in economic development zones concerns regional sustainable land use. By establishing a scientific index system to appraise the land in economic development zones of Rucheng City, this paper obtains index weights by means of Delphi method and reflects quantitatively the current intensive land use and potential. Applying the multi-factor evaluation method, the paper concludes that land-use potential for increasing is small, and that land supply has been unable to keep pace with the needs of rapid economic development of the economic development zone. The paper also propose means and measures for scientific and rational use of land in the area.
