摘要
土地整理是促进土地合理利用、调整土地利用结构和土地关系的重要手段,而土地整理规划是其中最重要的一部分,对土地进行适宜性评价又是土地整理规划的一项基础工作。以湖北省当阳市育溪镇为例,利用层次分析法来确定土地适宜性的评价因子,并将GIS技术融合在土地整理适宜性评价中,以发挥GIS空间数据管理及分析方面的优势,增加了赋值的科学性,降低了主观性,取得了满意的评价结果。
Land consolidation is a very important means of promoting reasonable use of land and readjusting the strueture and relationship of land-use, with land consolidation planning as a crucial job, and the evaluation of suitability is the basic task in land consolidation planning. Taking Yuxi Town in Dangyang County,Hubei Province,this paper uses AHP method to determine the evaluation factors of rural land consolidation and applies GIS technology to land suitability evaluation so as to exert the advantage of GIS technology in managing and analyzing spatial data, increase scientific nature of the value assignment and decrease subjectivity and obtain satisfied evaluation results.
