摘要
斜拉索的PE保护在施工中容易损伤,以苏通长江大桥为依托,通过对斜拉索PE护套的足尺试验,研究了长、重索在提升过程中PE的拉伸受力情况,吊索夹具夹紧斜拉索时PE护套的抗压受力情况,以及PE护套同索夹橡胶垫间的摩擦系数。通过足尺试验,选定了相关施工参数:索夹长度和夹紧力。试验结果应用于苏通长江大桥斜拉索施工,在整个斜拉索安装过程中没有出现任何索夹滑移或PE护套压伤的情况,确保了斜拉索的施工安全、质量与使用寿命。
It's easily damaged for stay-cable PE jacket during the setup process of stay-cable. The fullscale experiment is carried out to study the compressive and tensile performance of PE jacket being clamped by the clamp, also the friction coefficient between the PE jacket and the rubber branket of the clamp. From the experiment, some related setting parameters are determined, such as the clamping force, length size of the clamp, and the type and thickness of clamp rubber branket for Sutong Yangtze River Bridge. The experimental results are utilized for Sutong Yangtze River Bridge. During the whole setup process of stay-cable of Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, the situation of cable clamp sliding or PE jacket crushing is never happened, which ensure the construction security, quality and operation life of the stay-cable.
