摘要 对流场中螺旋桨的敞水性能进行研究。利用Pro/E软件对螺旋桨进行三维建模,通过剖面坐标转换绘出桨叶的剖面型线,利用创建实体功能得到螺旋桨实体模型。用CFD软件对螺旋桨在不同进速系数下的推力系数、转矩系数以及推进效率进行模拟,并且对三种湍流模型的计算结果进行比较分析。对采用Fluent软件计算螺旋桨敞水性能的过程进行详细介绍,并给出敞水性能曲线的计算结果。与试验结果的比较分析表明,数值模拟的结果可以满足工程应用要求。 Studied the open water performance of propeller in the flow fields. Three-dimensional model was built for propeller by the Pro/E, the profile line of blade is described based on coordinate transformation, in addition, by using the entity function, the solid model of propeller was created. Under different advance coefficients, the thrust coefficient, torque coefficient and propulsive efficiency of the propeller have been simulated by the CFD. The calculation results of the three turbulent models were analyzed. The detail process of using Fluent to calculate the open water performance of propeller was introduced, through which the open water performance curve was provided. A comparison between the analysis results and the experimental results showed that the numerical simulations can be used for engineering application.
