With the more and more complex and changeable environment, the scope of BPR is extending out of the enterprises. How to build a flexible BPR project team to ensure the success of the BPR has become a focus of many enterprises. By integrating the virtues of matrix and organic structure, and refer to the theory of process-oriented multi-project, putting forward by Yiqun Xing,investigated the structure of the single BPR project and multiple BPR project, stressing the integration with outside resource, in order to upgrade the flexible of enterprises＇ structures and the efficiency of BPR projects.
