摘要
由于环境的复杂多变,而企业流程重组也向外部延伸,如何建立柔性的企业流程重组项目团队、保证流程重组成功,成为企业关注的关键所在。通过结合矩阵式和有机式组织结构优点,借鉴流程导向型多项目组织的理论模型,对单一流程重组项目和多流程重组项目的组织结构模式进行研究,强调与外部资源的整合,以提高组织的柔性及流程重组项目的效率和成功率。
With the more and more complex and changeable environment, the scope of BPR is extending out of the enterprises. How to build a flexible BPR project team to ensure the success of the BPR has become a focus of many enterprises. By integrating the virtues of matrix and organic structure, and refer to the theory of process-oriented multi-project, putting forward by Yiqun Xing,investigated the structure of the single BPR project and multiple BPR project, stressing the integration with outside resource, in order to upgrade the flexible of enterprises' structures and the efficiency of BPR projects.
