摘要 为了研究旋风分离器内流场的运动状况,借助Fluent软件,采用大涡模拟,基于曲线坐标系的SIMPLEC算法,对切向入口的Stairmand旋风分离器内速度场进行三维数值模拟研究。通过数值模拟,得到旋风分离器内的切向速度、轴向速度及径向速度的分布规律,为今后充分认识和设计旋风分离器提供一些有意义的参考和理论指导。 In order to study the condition of motion of flow field inside the cyclone separator. The flow field in a tangential inlet Stairmand cyclone separator was simulated based on Fluent software and the large eddy model and SIMPLEC algorithm. The distribution of tangential velocity,axial velocity and radial velocity in cyclone separator can be obtained through numerical simulation. The result provides some significant reference and theoretical guidance for design and optimize of cyclone separator in the future.
