摘要
主要针对以电动机作为动力源的工件步进输送驱动系统,重点研究采用曲柄压力机中的转键离合技术实现工件步进输送驱动系统中驱动动力源与从动部分之间动力的可靠分离与接合,阐述其运行可靠性与实用性,分析影响步进精度的误差因素,以解决多工位重载荷长距离输送的生产场合下工件步进输送问题,从而更好地满足连续自动化生产对工件步进输送的实际需求。
Based on workpiece step transmission driving mechanism by motor drive, the research is focus mainly on application of the rotary key clutch technology for crank press to achieve reliably driving power separation or junction between driving and driven components in workpiece step transmission driving mechanism, to clarify its operational reliability and practicability and to work out error analysis, to solve the problem involved in step transmission of workpiece in production sites where there are multi- procedures, heavy loads and a long transmission distance, thus to meet the practical demands on step transmission of workpiece in continuous automatic production.
