硬岩钻井滚刀密封结构改进技术研究

Research and promotion on sealing structure of hard rock hobbing cutters

针对目前硬岩钻井施工滚刀寿命短、成本高等问题,改进了硬岩钻井滚刀的密封结构,并通过对比试验及工程应用,分析了改进后滚刀密封效果,验证了各项改进措施的合理性,为缩短钻井时间、降低钻井成本奠定了基础。

Analyses various reasons of poor sealing of the hob, and provides the improvement measures from the aspects of hob sealing structure, and demonstrates the validity of these measure through laboratory experiments. It is proved that these measures can effectively prolong the lifetime of the hob, shorten the drilling time and reduce the costs.
