摘要
以国内某炼厂采用UOP公司第3代超低压重整工艺CCR装置为例,针对连续重整反应器操作异常、内构件损坏情况进行了分析。因为此反应器的内构件损坏状况具有一定的代表性,所以内构件损坏原因的分析对今后类似问题的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。同时阐述了反应器积炭的特征、类型、原因及机理,分析了抑制反应器积炭的影响因素,并提出了抑制反应器积炭的方法和反应器出现炭块后的处理措施。
The unusual operation of continuous catalytic reforming(CCR) unit and the damage of its internals in a domestic refinery are analyzed, which adopts CCR unit of the third generation ultra low pressure reforming technology from U0P Corporation. The damage cause analysis of internals has certain reference significance to similar problems in future research,because the condition of the damage of reactor internals has a certain representative. The feature, the type, the reason and the formation mechanism of carbon deposition in the reactor is described, the influencing factors on inhibiting carbon deposition is analyzed, the methods of inhibiting carbon deposition is put forward, at the same time, and the countermeasures against carbon deposition is introduced.
