摘要
胆汁酸是动物胆汁的重要组成成分,在脂肪代谢中起到重要的作用,能促进脂肪以及脂溶性物质的乳化,促进脂类物质的消化吸收。本文就胆汁酸的营养生理功能及作用机理进行了综述。
Bile acid is considered as the most important and specific bile components and had important influence on the lipid metabolism.It can improve the emulsification of fat and fat-solube substance, and thus facilitating the absorption of lipids.The nutritional functions and mechanism of bile acids were discussed in this article.
