摘要
共轭亚油酸(CLA)是存在于动物脂肪和乳脂中的天然活性成分。本文综述了牛乳脂CLA的来源、合成机制及其营养调控。
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is natural active ingredient in animal fat and milk fat.The source of CLA from milk fat, synthesis mechanism and nutritional regulation to improve its content in milk fat of lactating cow were reviewed in this article.
