城镇社区卫生服务管理模式指标体系的建立

Establishment of Index System of Management Modes of Community Health Service

目的建立城镇社区卫生服务管理模式指标体系。方法采用文献研究法、专家论证法、Delphi专家咨询法相结合。结果经过四轮Delphi专家咨询法确立了一个包括一级指标6个、二级指标23个、三级指标96个的指标体系,咨询专家权威系数、协调系数均较高。结论评估指标的筛选方法是合理的,确定指标权重系数的方法是科学的,结果相对准确,建立的指标体系覆盖面广,具有有效、可信、可操作性强等特点。

Objective To establish an index system of different management modes for evaluating urban community health service （CHS）. Methods Literature study, expert appraisal method and Delphi Expert Advising had been used. Re- suits An indicator system for evaluation was set up though four rounds of Delphi Expert Advising, including six level - one indi- cators, 23 level - two indicators, 96 level - three indicators. The degree of the specialist authority and the coordination coeffi- cient of the specialist opinions were higher in consultation. Conclusion The screening methods of evaluation indexes are reason- able, the method to determine the index weight is scientific and results are relatively accurate. The established indicator system is characterized by wide coverage, effectiveness, crediblity, and easiness in operation.
