奶嘴中N-亚硝胺析出物的含量测定与暴露研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的对北京城区婴幼儿奶嘴中析出的N-亚硝胺类化合物进行含量测定与暴露分析。方法使用GC-MS/SIM方法对北京市场婴幼儿奶嘴中析出的N-亚硝胺类化合物进行含量测定。通过对婴幼儿接触奶嘴情况的调查,对N-亚硝胺析出物进行暴露分析。结果北京市场常见品牌奶嘴中N-亚硝胺析出物的含量为:NDEA:(1.62±1.04)ng/g,NDPA:(14.84±9.02)ng/g,NPIP:(0.91±0.67)ng/g,NDBA:(16.02±10.55)ng/g,NDPhA:(433.18±277.29)ng/g。婴幼儿在1~6个月、7~12个月、1岁以上时1天内通过吸吮奶嘴摄入的N-亚硝胺量则分别为4.25×10-5mg·kg-1.d-1,1.30×10-5mg·kg-1.d-1和0.93×10-5mg·kg-1.d-1。结论婴幼儿使用北京市场的奶嘴没有危害。 Objective To make assay of the content and assessment of exposure for the released N - nitrosamines from nipples used by infants in urban areas of Beijing. Methods The released N - nitrosamines from nipples used by infants in urban areas of Beijing was determined be Gas Chromatography- Selected Ion Monitoring Mass Spectrometry (GC- SIM- MS). The condition of exposure to the nipphes. was assessed through survey of application by the infants. Results The contents of the re- leased N - nitrosamines from nipples in Beijing market were respectively ( 1.62 ± 1.04) ng/g for NDEA model, ( 14. 84 ±9. 02) ng/g for NDPA model, (0.91 ± 0.67) ng/g for NPIP model, ( 16.02± 10. 55 ) ng/g for NDBA model and (433.18 ± 277.29) ng/g for NDPhA model. The absorption quantities of N - nitrosamines from nipples were (4.25 × 10 -5 ) mg/kg·d, ( 1.30 ×10 -5 ) mg/kg·d and (0. 93 × 10 -5 ) g/kg ·d respectively for babies of from 1 to 6 months, from 7 to 12 months and one years old. Conclusion There is no harm for infants to use the nipples in market in Beijing.
