摘要
介绍了一种采用3H作为放射源的β放射性电离规灵敏度衰减特性分析工作,通过对放射性电离规灵敏度衰减特性的理论分析和实际测量,得到放射性电离规长时间贮存和使用后会导致测量灵敏度显著下降、线性压力测量范围降低的结论。因此,放射性电离规经过一段时间使用或贮存后必须进行校准。
An analysis was made for the attenuation characteristic of the sensitivity of a β-radioactive ionization gauge, to which the 3H was used as radiation source. By the theoretic analysis and actual measurements, a conclusion was drawn that the measuring sensitivity of the gauge will degenerate obviously if it has been stored or used for long, with its linear measuring range of pressure decreased. Therefore, a calibration has to be performed as a regulation for the β-radioactive ionization gauge if it has been stored or used for a time.
