This paper introduces the present situation and the importance of digital reference service, expounds the quality control and evaluation models of digital reference service adopted by the libraries at home and abroad, points out some problems existing in the quality control and evaluation of digital reference service in China, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for doing well the quality control and evaluation of digital reference service of the library.
