Highlighting Library Functions through Differentiating the Types of Readers and Providing the Quality Services

服务读者是图书馆工作的根本,搞好服务工作、提高服务质量是图书馆赖以生存和发展的基础,是彰显图书馆职能、提升图书馆地位的精髓。从区分读者类型出发,提出了一些针对不同类型读者提供各具特色服务的设想。

Service for readers is the essence of library work. And improving the service quality, which is the basis for library to exist and develop,is the core of highlighting library functions and raising library status. This paper puts forwards some superficial assumptions on providing special services for different types of readers starting from differentiating the types of readers.
