摘要
大学生读者作为高校图书馆服务的主要对象,常常有违规行为,通过对读者违规借阅心理的分析,提出了适宜的应对策略。
The university student readers, being as the main service objects of university library, often commit some aberrant behaviors. This paper makes the psychological analysis on readers’aberrant behaviors, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
