军事情报资源的开发理论是军事情报资源利用理论的一个重要方面。阐述了军事情报资源开发的含义,结合军事情报资源利用的实际对军事情报资源开发的原则、开发的方法进行了论述。
The development theory of military intelligence resource is an important part of the utilization theory of military intelligence resource.
