介绍示波表中数字万用表模块的研究与实现方法。此模块以ASIC FS972l为核心,通过CPU(LPC2101)控制各种测量功能的实现,处理测量数据并将测量结果反馈与用户界面。简要介绍FS9721性能特点、控制方法,硬件电路设计思路,详细介绍其功能切换原理及软件设计流程,最后对实际测量结果进行分析,并提出改良方法。

This paper developed the study and implementation of digital multimeter module in a measurement device designod by our laboratory. This model takes the ASIC FS9721 as a core and CPU（LPC2 101）eontrolling measure func- tion, processing measurement data and displaying measure results to user interface.This paper introduces the characteristic,controlling methods of FS9721 ,the circuit of hardware,in detail,this paper present how to switch one function to another for addition,supply the process of aoftware designing.Finally it analyses the actual measure results and ad- vanced improved methods.
