摘要
采用“高效浸金反应器”研究了加压氧化-氰化法提金新工艺。对山东某地硫精矿采用此工艺,选择条件为氰化钠用量1.5kg/t、石灰用量7kg/t、矿浆固液比1∶1.5、浸出时间30min,金浸出率可达62%,与常规氰化法相比成本低,效率高。
Pressurizing oxidation cyanidation was studied by using ' quick gold extracting reaction container '. This new technology was adopted somewhere in Shandong. The optional conditions are NaCN 1 5 kg/t, lime 7 kg/t, the proportion of solid and liquid in ore magma 1∶1 5 and time of extraction 30 min. The ratio of the gold extraction can achieve 62%, which is lower in cost and higher in efficiency than regular cyanidation.
