摘要
文章简要介绍了六西格玛管理法的提出背景,并分析了其统计意义和理论思想。同时结合一个电子产品加工企业实施六西格玛管理的案例,对六西格玛项目选择、项目实施方法及管理进行了研究分析。
In this paper, the author has made a concise description of the background of Six Sigma approach, and analyzed its statis- tics meaning and theoretic thought. Than study Six Sigma project selection, project implement and management with an actual example in electronic product machining enterprise.
